The 2 inch wide straps on the Melanie Lined Tie Up Valance pair a blue gingham printed fabric, which complements the main pattern perfectly. Straps are sewn at a fixed height of 14" (straps are not adjustable). Melanie Lined Tie Up Valances are designed to be hung on a single window, and are recommended for windows up to 44" wide.
