Pretty Windows takes great pride in the quality, workmanship, and design of the products that we provide. Our products are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund.

Return Policy

You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange of the merchandise value. Shipping charges are non refundable. If your order was shipped to you at no charge, the actual shipping costs for the items will be deducted from your refund. Merchandise returned must be in new condition in the manufacturer's original packaging. We cannot accept returns on custom made items unless the error was ours.

To return an item, follow these 4 easy steps:

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number - To help expedite the returns process, we ask that prior to returning items, you obtain a Return Authorization Number. This will help our returns department identify and account for any open or missing returns. Please call our customer service department at 877-841-1315 for assignment of an RA number (have your order number available to expedite this process). You may also request an RA number by email using our convenient form: Contact Us. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Package Item(s) - Repackage the merchandise carefully. If your original package is unusable, please use similar packaging with sufficient product protection. Include the Return Authorization Number on the return label, or write it clearly on the top of the package.
  3. Ship Package - You may return items through the carrier of your choice. We do recommend that you ship your return back to us via a method you can track. Items must be returned prepaid. Our returns department cannot accept any COD or postage due deliveries. Ship all returns to the following address:

  4. Save Shipping Receipt - We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Please insure all items and obtain a tracking number for the return shipment. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until you have received your exchange or refund.

Please allow 10 -14 business days for your return to be processed. Credit will be issued in the original form of payment for the value of the merchandise returned and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please allow one billing cycle for your credit to show on your credit card billing statement.
