This three piece valance set mounts on a 1" double curtain rod set - with the two side panels on the front rod, and the center shaped valance hung on the inside rod - which is then brought over the top. Fully lined, Sterling Banner Valances have a self-piping along the bottom edges. Recommended for windows 28" to 43" wide - for wider windows, purchase additional center valances.
