This Refresh Lined Petticoat Valance combines a soft, yet rich, flower and climbing vine pattern done in shades of blue, brown, and charcoal, against a textured taupe background with an underneath layer of contrasting solid brown fabric. The double layer of fabric and the alternating scallops give this valance a clean tailored look. Hang alone for single windows up to 40" wide (as pictured above) - for wider windows, shirr additional valances on to the same rod. Fully lined for protection from harsh sun and for enhanced drape.
