Showcasing an updated floral pattern in multiple shades of rose, Chic Garden Rose Lined Empress Swags Valances are printed on a slubbed cotton duck fabric which adds texture and dimension to the subtle floral design. One pair of swags will cover windows from 36" to 60" in width. For wider windows, and for multiple windows that are being treated as single window, combined with Chic Garden Rose Lined Empress Filler Valances (sold separately, see below) - add the filler valance(s) between the right and left swag panels. Fully lined and handcrafted in the USA.
