The Bouvier Black Lined Empress Swag features scenes from a herders album that are sketched in black on a antique white background. Printed on a soft all cotton fabric that drapes beautifully, this exquisitely handcrafted swag treatment is embellished with a black piping that accents the graceful scallops along the bottom. One pair of swags will cover windows from 36" to 60" in width. For wider windows, and for multiple windows that are being treated as single window, combined with Bouvier Black Lined Filler Valances (sold separately, see below) - add the filler valances between the right and left swag panels. Fully lined and made in the USA.
