Ordering

To place your order, click on the desired item and enter the quantity that you need. Then click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can review your shopping cart at any time. Additional items may be added as you continue shopping. Upon completion of your order, you can review at check-out. You will have the opportunity to edit your order during the check-out process. If you prefer, you can place your order by phone at 877-841-1315, 8:00am - 5:00pm (EST) M-F, or by fax at 229-375-0095. Please list the item description and quantity when placing your order by fax. Order Cancellation

Your order may be cancelled or adjusted provided that the order has not been processed for shipment. Our goal is to process your order and ship immediately. Most items will ship from our facility within 3 - 5 business days . . . however, some orders will ship quicker! We cannot cancel orders once they have been sent to our shipping department. Please see instructions regarding returns in the event that you receive an order that you needed to cancel.

Payment

Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. We also offer Paypal as a payment method. If you have any questions regarding payment options, please call our customer service department at 877-841-1315.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Georgia state regulations if your shipping address is in Georgia.

Shipping Rates

Pretty Windows ships via UPS and USPS to the entire United States, its territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgins, and overseas military APO/FPO addresses.

Most items will ship from our manufacturing facility in Thomasville, GA within 2-3 business days and should arrive in 4-7 business days. Please allow adequate time in transit for items to reach you. Should your order be delayed, customer service will notify you via email or telephone.

How We Determine Rates

Shipping charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order. Charges are calculated before taxes, if applicable. Use the shipping rate table below as a quick reference for calculating your shipping charges.

Standard Ground Shipping within the United States

Items shipped to APO-FPO addresses are shipped Parcel Post via USPS and may take up to 21 days to be delivered.

If you provided an email address when you placed your order, a shipment notification and tracking number will be emailed to you at the time your order ships. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items carefully. All claims for damage incurred during shipping must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.

Return Policy

You may return items within 45 days of receipt for a refund or exchange of the merchandise value, excluding any discounts or shipping charges. Merchandise returned must be in new condition in the manufacturer's packaging. We cannot accept returns on custom made items unless the error was ours.

To return an item, follow these easy steps:

1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number
   To help expedite the returns process, we ask that prior to returning items, you obtain a Return Authorization Number. This will help our returns department to identify and account for any open or missing returns. Please call our customer service department at 1-877-841-1315 for assignment of an RA number (have your order number available to expedite this process).
2. Package Item(s)
   Repackage the merchandise carefully. If your original package is unusable, please use similar packaging with sufficient product protection. Include the Return Authorization Number on the return label, or write it clearly on the top of the package.
3. Ship Package
   You may return items through the carrier of your choice. We do recommend that you ship your return back to us via a method you can track. Items must be returned prepaid. Our returns department cannot accept any COD or postage due deliveries. Ship all returns to the following address:

4. Save Shipping Receipt
   We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Please insure all items and obtain a tracking number for the return shipment. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until you have received your exchange or refund.

Please allow 10 -14 business days for your return to be processed. Credit will be issued in the original form of payment for the value of the merchandise returned and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please allow one billing cycle for your credit to show on your credit card billing statement.

Ordering Swatches

As you start planning that new decorating project, we want to help you feel comfortable that you are choosing just the right fabrics and colors. Our free fabric swatches will allow you to actually see and feel the fabrics. Are the colors right? Does the fabric work with the wall color, furniture, and other important elements in the room? You may order up to ten swatches free to help you decide.
