Marcelle Lined Layered Scalloped Valance

One of our newest and most exciting creations, the Marcelle Layered Scalloped Valance marries together an elegantly simple floral print design with a woven stripe. Marcelle is printed on a dense cut pile velvet which produces an incredibly rich fabric appearance and soft texture. (In the photo to the left, we have pictured the Marcelle Layered Scalloped Valance over gold sheers which are sold separately.) Made in our factory in the U.S.A.
