Ordering

To place your order, click on the desired item and enter the quantity that you need. Then click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can review your shopping cart at any time. Additional items may be added as you continue shopping. Upon completion of your order, you can review at check-out. You will have the opportunity to edit your order during the check-out process. If you prefer, you can place your order by phone at 877-841-1315, 8:00am - 5:30pm (EST) M-F, and 8:00am - 12:00pm Sat (EST), or by fax at 229-228-4251. Ordering Swatches

As you start planning that new decorating project, we want to help you feel comfortable that you are choosing just the right fabrics and colors. Our free fabric swatches will allow you to actually see and feel the fabrics. Are the colors right? Does the fabric work with the wall color, furniture, and other important elements in the room? You may order up to ten swatches free to help you decide.

It is easy to order your FREE swatches.

  1. Go to any product that you would like to receive a swatch. (Swatches not available for all styles.)
  2. At the bottom of the page under the Items Available tab, for every product where fabric swatches are available, you will see the following swatch box:
    Just add a quantity in the Qty Box on the right, and then click the add to cart button.
  3. After you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout and fill in your name, email address, and shipping information. That's all there is to it.
  4. Your Free swatches will be shipped to you via the USPS and should arrive in just a few days.

Order Cancellation

Your order may be cancelled or adjusted provided that the order has not been processed for shipment. Our goal is to process your order and ship immediately. Most items will ship from our facility within 3 - 5 business days . . . however, some orders will ship quicker! We cannot cancel orders once they have been sent to our shipping department. Please see instructions regarding returns in the event that you receive an order that you needed to cancel.

Payment

Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. We also offer Paypal as a payment method. If you have any questions regarding payment options, please call our customer service department at 877-841-1315.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Georgia state regulations if your shipping address is in Georgia.

Shipping

Pretty Windows offers standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states through Fed Ex and USPS. At this time, we do not ship to foreign countries. Orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS. Based on availability most items will ship from our facility within 3-5 business days. Please allow adequate time in transit for items to reach you. Most ground shipments will take from 3-7 business days to be delivered. (Some will arrive sooner). For expedited shipping service please contact customer service.

You will receive an email notification at the time your order is shipped. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items carefully. All claims for damage incurred during shipping must be made within 7 - days of receipt of order.

Pretty Windows Return Policy

Prettywindows.com takes great pride in the quality and workmanship of the products that we provide. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused merchandise within 30 days after receipt of your order. We will be glad to honor your request to return items when the following conditions are met.

  1. The items being returned should be in new, saleable condition. We cannot accept items that have been used, laundered or damaged. All items should be in their original packaging. Please do not staple, tape, or write on the packaging.
  2. Prior to returning items, you must obtain a Return Authorization number. Identify the items being returned by filling out the RA request form enclosed in your original shipment. Contact Customer Service for assignment of an RA number (please have your order number available to expedite this process). Fill in the assigned RA number on the label that has been provided with your shipment and affix to the carton. Items returned without an RA number will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  3. You may return items through the carrier of your choice. All costs associated with returning product are your responsibility. Please keep your shipping receipt until you have received your exchange or refund. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Our returns department cannot accept any COD or postage due deliveries. Ship all returns to the following address:

If you feel you have received an item in error, or that an item is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. We will make every effort to rectify the problem in a timely manner. Return requests for damaged, defective or incorrect items must be received within 7 days of receipt of order.

Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been inspected and processed, credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that if an item was shipped to you with free freight, the actual cost of the outgoing freight will be deducted from any credit issued.

When I receive my merchandise, what if the color or fabric appears different than I thought?

The images on our web site appear as close as possible to the actual product. However, there are some limitations depending on individual computers, video cards, monitor settings, etc. that we cannot control. Because of numerous factors, we cannot guarantee that the image you see is exactly 100% representative of the actual item in regards to color, pattern, or texture. Please contact our customer service department at 877-841-1315 if you have a problem.

How will I know when my order ships?

If an e-mail address is provided when placing your order, tracking information will be e-mailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
