Albion Lined Empress Filler Valance

Albion Empress Filler Valances feature a sixteen color small scale floral design and ¼" piping along the graceful scalloped bottom of the valance. Combine with Albion Empress Swags to cover wider windows. (Insert the filler valance between the right and left swag panels.) These versatile valances can also be hung alone as pictured to the left.
